I gotta say, while I like the slickness of this machine, it's been very rough around the edges. I've had a few other issues with my displays as well - perhaps I should start a separate post.

All for 150 when I bought it, think they are even cheaper now. 6' screen, Wireless charge, nfc, SD card slot, good quality Bluetooth and of course that DAC for the aux jack. Unfortunately I haven't had the time to do a deeper analysis. While the battery life could be better, it absolutely whips every midrange and lower phone on the market today. rtings said it doesnt include one Thier should be a port right beside the audio out.

Specifically, autochk is running for a long time, even though there is nothing wrong with the disks. LG 55SK9500 2018 model, it doesnt have a 3.5mm jack even though online retailers and the manual says so. I tried doing a boot trace and analyzing it, and it seems like it happens during the session init stage (when drivers are loaded). It takes almost 3 minutes to get past the boot loader screen on my NVMe drive. Like in your case, seemed to happen after the BIOS upgrade, and doesn't happen when Windows is just installed.

I have the same super slow boot time issue, and so far no solution.

Needless to say, not a fan of getting drivers this way, but the Intel audio driver breaks the audio device every time it's installed. Not a simple ordeal - it seems that Realtek does everything in its power to discourage driver downloads, so I got it from Guru3D.

For the sound issue, I was able to resolve the disappearing Realtek audio output device by installing the 'raw' Realtek drivers.

Not sure if still relevant, but I've also had the exact same issues on my NUC10i5, which seemed to happen after the BIOS upgrade, although I'm not sure (since I upgraded the BIOS right after getting the NUC recently).
